Hotel Piccolo Verona, Verona

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms had a nice feeling to them and were equipped with a water heater and tea, making it very cozy. The location was great, near the train station and just a short walk away from the city center. However, the initial service experience was disinterested and unwelcoming, especially during check-in, but the friendly demeanor of Mr Claudio made up for it. The dining options were varied and delicious, although the artificial scrambled eggs were a bit off-putting. Overall, a good value for money stay with some minor room for improvement.
